Terms of Service

This overview highlights core terms. Final terms are governed by the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or SOW between PocketCTO Partners and your organization.

Scope of services

PocketCTO Partners provides AI/automation audits, fractional CTO retainers, and project-based delivery. Engagement specifics—deliverables, milestones, fees—are defined in each statement of work (SOW).

Payments & term

Invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise noted. Retainers are billed monthly in advance; project milestones are invoiced upon acceptance of deliverables.

Intellectual property

You own work product delivered under your SOW once invoices are paid in full. PocketCTO Partners retains rights to pre-existing IP, frameworks, and accelerators.

Liability & warranty

Our liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding three months. We warrant that services will be performed with professional diligence consistent with industry standards.

Data & security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect customer data. A Data Processing Addendum is available for clients who process personal data with us.
